From the moment our session begins, my goal is to make you feel completely at ease. Whether you're in front of the camera for the first time or you're a seasoned pro, I create a relaxed, upbeat environment where your true personality can shine. We laugh, we move, we explore — it’s more than just taking photos, it’s about capturing the genuine moments in between!
My sessions are designed to be more than a photoshoot — they’re a memorable experience. You’ll leave not only with lovely, authentic images, but also with the feeling that you just spent time creating something special. I guide you every step of the way, so there's no pressure to "pose perfectly" — just be yourself, and I’ll take care of the rest!

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

Pick an outfit that makes you feel like you.
2. Come Ready to Have Fun
This isn’t just about posing for photos — it’s about enjoying the experience. We’ll laugh, move around, and capture those real, in-between moments. The more fun you have, the better your photos will turn out!
3. Be On Time
Being on time helps us take full advantage of our session (and the best lighting, if we’re chasing golden hour!). It also gives us a few extra minutes to settle in and start relaxed.
4. Have an Open Mind
You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do — that’s my job! Just show up with a good attitude and a willingness to try things out. You might be surprised by how much you enjoy it.
 
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel expenses are not included in my standard packages — and that’s because they’re only added when needed!
If your session location is 30 miles or more from my home base, a travel fee will apply. The first 30 miles traveling to and from session are not charged but the rest will be charged .67 cents per mile! This allows me to fairly cover extra time and costs while still keeping my packages flexible and affordable for everyone.

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
 
I always want you to have the best experience possible — and that includes beautiful, comfortable conditions for your session. If the forecast is showing heavy rain, strong winds, or any weather that could impact your shoot, we’ll keep an eye on it and make the call to reschedule if needed.
Here’s how it works:
We can reschedule due to weather up to two times at no additional cost.
I’ll stay in close contact leading up to your session, and we’ll make a decision together based on the most up-to-date forecast.
If a third weather reschedule is needed, a small rescheduling fee may apply to hold a new date — this helps keep my calendar fair and open for all clients.
 
Do you have any locations you can recommend?
Not sure where to take your photos? No worries — I’ve got a list of amazing locations to recommend based on the vibe you're going for.

How long does it take to get photos back?
For non-wedding sessions, it usually takes at most 2 weeks to receive your photos unless stated other-wise by the photographer!
